This is a massive development that would have a significant impact on the local community. The infrastructure provision within Wymondham is currently not adequate to cope with the extra housing particularly in terms of High School places, General Practice Medical places. It will also lead to large amounts of extra traffic and congestion on the Melton road with subsequent impact on the Melton Villages due to traffic driving through them.
