We concur with other residents statements; increased housing in the Taverham area, either as a single development or inconjuction with other proposed sites, would impact significantly on the current infrastructure and level of services. The findings highlight that there has been major development of Taverham and the neighbouring parishes. Also, the lack of a major road link between the NDR and A47 will only increase the traffic congestion on our narrow country lanes, currently experience on a daily basis; not to mention increased noise and air pollution and hazards to other road users and pedestrians.
