Full text:

I am a little confused how this is classified as being within Horsford - the parish map on Horsford parish council website does not include this area and the Drayton Medical Practice does not cover this area. Hellesdon Medical Practice does so although classed as Horsford(?) it would fall to Hellesdon Medical Practice to look after any patients from new builds on this site. Why is this not classed as Hellesdon? Is it because there are already high numbers of homes being built on the Royal Norwich Golf Course (classed as Hellesdon) which will impact on facilities and services within Hellesdon?

Site adjacent to Drayton Woods (a wildlife site), used by many for dog walking, leisure walking, running and cycling. People need and deserve such space on their doorstep. It is important for a persons health and wellbeing.

Potentially up to 192 new homes on this site will have a significant negative impact on the traffic volumes on the Reepham Road, a road already heavily used as personally witnessed on a daily basis. This is already a difficult road to cross in Hellesdon for people accessing services, schools and the GP practice. There is no pedestrian crossing near the GP practice on Reepham Road which is essential considering the volumes of daily traffic and the need to protect pedestrians including the elderly and school children.

If the recycling centre relocates out of Norwich somewhere within this vicinity near the NDR the volume of traffic on Reepham Road is also likely to increase.
