I object to this proposed development as an owner of property on Church Lane. It is a greenfield site, detached from the village and other residential properties on Church Lane with no access to services. The increased traffic will have a significant negative impact on Church Lane and the surroundings lanes, which are single track with limited passing places. This development will take away the valuable habitat, which is open agricultural land, in which we regularly a wide range of species. The water run off created by this development with further exacerbate the problem of flooding further down Church Lane.
