Destruction of the countryside and interference with 'the patterns of life that characterise the area'. Obliterate views of the Church. Would require significant infra structure including many new access roads through existing properties. Swainsthorpe village experiences additional strain on very limited resources and increase the level of traffic through the village in what is already a developing problem due to the expansion of Mulbarton.
Both pieces of land have power lines crossing them. The capacity of these lines is due to increase with the development of the sub station as planned in Hornsea Project 3 making it a health hazard.
