A site where any potential access chosen is only possible onto narrow, single-track lanes with a lot of high hedges. The site is also adjacent to the Diss Town Football Club where floodlights are frequently used. This site is also close to Brewers Green, a County Wildlife site, and any further development close to the Green is to be opposed. This small, wedge-shaped site is best left as it is. The idea of stuffing up to 12 houses onto this site is preposterous.
