Site is adjacent to Hellesdon boundary and contains GNLP 1019 designated as amenity land and is within the parish of Hellesdon. It is remote from the village of Horsford and conflicts with their neighbourhood plan to keep development clustered around the village. The site is also within the airport safety zone and an of Hellesdony development will suffer from noise and pollution from the airport.Will again put pressure on the infrastructure, amenities and increase the already severe traffic congestion in the area.
