This site had the advantages of proximity to the schools, services and facilities which are concentrated around the centre of Loddon, being relatively close to the A146 and able to reach it without passing through the narrow streets in the centre of Loddon, and not impacting the Loddon conservation area. However its immediate access is onto the narrow Low Bungay Road which is far from ideal, and traffic implications would make it problematic to take the suggested 19 house.
