I object to the proposed development as this will impact on the already overloaded doctors surgeries, infant, primary and high schools, and on Beech Avenue/Ringland Road being used as a rat run from the Fakenham Road, Fir Covert Road through to the Southern Bypass. There is also vehicles using this road for access to Taverham Hall School and Langley Prep School. The road can be extremely congested and dangerous at certain times of the day and proposing further development would have a great impact.
