building here will put strain on the roads and the facilities in Hellesdon. Although this area is Horsford residents will use the facilities of Hellesdon rather than cross the NDR. The facilities in Hellesdon are already over stretched. This development will mean that Hellesdon will lose even more open space. The application for a burial ground on this plot was turned down because the road infrastructure would not support the traffic generated. A housing estate will generate more traffic.
Finally the proximity of Norwich Airport Is this area not needed as an emergency crash area for the airport?
