We believe the proposed site GNLP0305 is unsuitable for any further development on Mill Road. The reasons being: The foul water drains and storm water drains are running to capacity now, the road surface and footpath are at this time showing signs of settlement and are breaking up. Further housing would only add to this problem. There are traffic issues on the bends by the playing field and parking issues during school hours. We believe that the policy of using brown fill sites and sites that have already been allocated for development should be used before other land is allocated.
