Hellesdon would not be able to cope with this amount of housing, it is going to struggle to absorb the development on the Golf club site as it is. Parking is inadequate both in the centre and at the doctors surgery and I can't see where they are going to put more. Services themselves are overstretched and I feel Hellesdon has already 'done it's bit' in having over 1300 homes already agreed.
