Potentially one of the worst developments for the area. Norwich City is already spread into Hellesdon, this land is the barrier between the suburbs and the country. It is a necessary wild life break. More importantly, this area is beneath the flight path and with planned expansion of the airport, house building here would be extremely dangerous and subject to air and noise pollution. Currently the strip adjacent to Cottinghams Drive and Sadler Road is recreational and it inessential that these are retained .The development would be unlikely to affect Horsford, but would impact massively on the infrastructure of Hellesdon.
