This land is adjacent to Dickleburgh Moor and dwellings here could have a serious impact on the Moor and it's wildlife.
Also housing here would add considerably to the traffic problems already in existence in Dickleburgh as any traffic heading south onto the A140 would drive through the conservation area and the already overloaded Street.
