The higher level of the plot will mean the proposed residences will impact on scenic views in the village.
There is precious little registered green space central to Shotesham already. The playing field is often used as an overflow car park for large village events (religious & secular) held in the church and would mean an increase in cars parked on the side of narrow roads on these occasions.
Drainage will be an issue together with the safety of the site entrance/exit.
