The positioning of this potential development is not suitable due to the current infrastructure. It would lead out on to an already difficult junction - almost blind corner approaching from Ringland Road, and the already busy, rat run, un-pathed roads would not be able to cope with the additional vehicles exiting this development on a daily basis.
