I feel deeply that as a rural village we have not got sufficient infrastructure to cope with such a large influx of properties.
Access will be an issue as will the demand on local services such as nearby Drs surgery.
We have no resources within the village to cope with extra vehicles, water pressure is already an issue within the village and this will be compounded by the additional households
