The Street does not clearly demonstrate the nature of the road and facilities as the village is categorised as "other". Development has already taken place on the Street and is taking place. Presently there is over development of The Street, all natural hedging for wildlife lost and the road is narrow presenting a real danger not to just walkers and dog walkers but people riding horses along here.
More suitable plots of land in the village - this is not one of them. Lack of drainage is also a problem. 60 mph speed also
