There is a danger of over development of prime agricultural/greenbelt land such as this and the surrounding fields. To the detriment of the need to feed the UK's growing population.
There are access problems as stated.
Development of this site and the others adjoining would have a negative impact on the historic environment of the town.
The land and hedgerows are home to a vast range of wildlife,Bats,Deer, mature trees, and wild flowers.
Hingham is a lovely town. However the infrastructure is already stretched. The Doctors surgery for instance, the school, water and drainage.
