Recent developments have already seen two sites on The Street.
This is a narrow, busy road subject to a 60 mph speed limit. There are no footpaths and the road is widely used by horse riders, buses, delivery vans and lorries, dog walkers, mothers with prams etc.
Any further development would seriously change the nature of the village and present unacceptable dangers to existing and any additional residents.
