I am astounded this site is being considered for industrial development. The road is busy and unsuitable for further traffic and the site is currently an attractive rural, agricultural green belt area. The proposed development could herald similar developments nearby which would destroy the areas rural nature. It is unlikely to provide local employment (with existing employees simply relocating). It would also remove a valued local footpath used by many villagers. In short, this proposed development is totally unsuitable for the area.
