For all the reasons mentioned by others who object but mainly because of the impact that an industrial site will have on the already dangerous A140 on which there are already frequent tailbacks. The road ground to a halt this morning at 8am with stationary traffic queuing back from Dunston Hall to beyond Church Road. Pollution, noise and the danger to life caused by more cars and heavy equipment trying to access a single lane A road make this suggestion untenable
