beighton is a small country village with no amenities. allowing a development of this nature would provide a significant problem of more traffic in southwood road . no facilities are available in the community. how has beighton changed in the last ten years when plans for one property was turned down as it was deemed detrimental to the village but now a significant number may be passed. hoping common sense prevails.
