Site Proposals document

Representation ID: 16004

Received: 22/03/2018

Respondent: Mr A Goodman

Representation Summary:

Dickleburgh and Rushall are small villages that have already been allocated in excess of 50 houses under the original proposals. An addition al 80 homes would dramatically change the village of Dickleburgh. The focus centre of the village would shift. The land that constitutes this site is on a slope. The bottom of the slope is behind current housing on the Norwich Road. There is a significant danger of run off water going into those properties as the land will no longer be able to absorb the excess water. There is a highly valued public footpath that traverses the site.
