Tiny single track roads video presented at last planning meeting of South Norfolk Council when Harvey Lane development was passed. Video shows mother walking to school with pram on Harvey Lane (no pavement). Mother heard a car approaching and was able to squeeze herself, pram and child into the hedgerow to avoid the car on a blind corner. Any development here would exacerbate the problem and dangers to residents of the village.
