Hellesdon is short on green space for people and wildlife to enjoy. There are new homes agreed already in Hellesdon which will put pressure on the roads and doctors etc. Adding even more homes is going to make things worse. Losing this green space would have a negative effect on the community as there's little recreational land as it is.
