Felthorpe Parish Council objects to the proposal for the following reasons: the development would cause extra traffic down Brands Lane which is a narrow country lane and already unsuitable for the amount of traffic using it; the location would be removed from the main parish and so parishioners would find it difficult to integrate into the community; there would be no facilities or buses for the new properties; the site are close to Drayton Drewray and would affect these vital wildlife sites.
