wish to place on record my objection to the Alburgh Road- Silver Green, Hempnall, proposed building development.

The reasons for my objection are:-

1. This land is a green belt area outside Hempnall Policy Development Plan.

2. The approach roads to this site are narrow country roads, not suitable for the increase
in traffic which this site would generate.

3. There have been problems with flooding on these surrounding roads.

4. There is no mains drainage.

5. The local infrastructure would not be able to cope with the increase in Traffic and Population

6. Schools and Surgeries would be stretched to breaking point.

7. Mobile Phone and Internet coverage is very poor.
