Further submissions made in respect of land north of Hellesdon, on behalf of landowners, involving (a) a northward extension to previously promoted site GNLP0332 incorporating part of GNLP0333, both east of Reepham Road (b) a northward extension to previously promoted site GNLP0334, west of Reepham Road. Both sites fall within Horsford parish. Sites are promoted together for residential development of between 844 and 1000 homes, green infrastructure/open space and commercial development on land adjoining and including Manor Farm, Holly Lane. The attached documentation comprises a position statement incorporating an indicative masterplan, submission forms for the two reconfigured sites and a general response form in respect of the Growth Options document.
