Representation Summary:

Comments on general suitability in relation to adjacent site GNLP1058 already submitted, and corrections re: 7g (heritage issues) and 7h (neighbouring uses).

Full text:

Site GNLP1058 already submitted by and owned by us is directly adjacent to this site, and to that extent we would ONLY support development if BOTH sites were considered suitable for development as they share exactly the same characteristics.

Regarding item 7g on the application form, the applicant states that there are no heritage assets nearby. This is not strictly true, as the site is very close to both the Grade II listed White House Farm of which the site was once part, and is directly adjacent to a residential development of barns which originally formed part of the farm which are also Listed (the law provides that buildings and other structures that pre-date July 1948 and are within the curtilage of a listed building are to be treated as part of the listed building).

The response to item 7h is also incorrect. The entire western border of the site is directly adjacent to a residential property, so to say that there would be low impact to neighbouring uses is, in our view, inaccurate.
