Area is known to be a significant flood risk. It is close to nature reserve and the Broads so environmental impact too great. Village is already at risk of losing the Buddist retreat due to other planning issues. The roads are non existent and the village already suffers from lack of infrastructure investment. Planning comments that outside boundary and better places to develop - there is sufficient housing and other new houses remain unsold. Ridiculous proposal that would lead to further housing on site based on how this developer operates
