Full text:

The proposal of 25 dwellings with access coming of Church View is in my view highly dangerous ,Church View is on a bend and there is no pathway either side for pedestrians and car drivers will not see any traffic until they are jutting out into the road. Church Road is used as a rat run as a direct route from Mulbarton to the A140 and cars continue to speed. Swainsthorpe hasn't any utilities ,there is a church and public house. There are no other amenities.
There would be a massive impact on our beautiful countryside again. Why do the councils continue to use green field sites? There must be brown field sites and other land available. Please save our land for future generations so they can enjoy our green and pleasant land. We moved into the country to enjoy the views and peace and quiet not for constant noise and air pollution
