The proposal for a residential development on this site has already received a large number of objections. Local infrastructure is already at capacity, to be strained further by White Rose Park. The loss of proximate access to the countryside, and the well-used green space at Cottinghams Park and allotments is unacceptable to the residents of Hellesdon.
