New, Revised and Small Sites

Representation ID: 16999

Received: 10/11/2018

Respondent: Mr Roger Clark

Representation Summary:

Topcroft has gradually absorbed a small number of individual dwellings over many years. If developments as proposed were allowed it would result in a 40% increase. The structure of The Street does not permit expansion on this scale without adverse social and environmental consequences. There is no shop or public house. The village roads are small and already used to capacity. connecting links to larger roads and adjoining villages are difficult. Public transport is minimal. There is no mains sewage system and pollution of The Beck discharging into The River Waveney would be a distinct probability. I strongly object.
