New, Revised and Small Sites

Representation ID: 17006

Received: 13/11/2018

Respondent: Mr Stanley Deeks

Representation Summary:

the access from and to this site onto the main street will be difficult to manage. the volume of traffic using the main street is already excessive during peak times due to residents of Chedgrave and Loddon using this road as a 'rat run' to avoid slow movement on A146. futhermore there are already garages facing onto the proposed access. Rockland is basically a 'ribbon' developed village and should remain so.
