Topcroft street is very narrow and is already a problem for vehicles due to farm traffic from the two farms in the centre of the village
The village has no shops or school , and would present considerable logistic problems
The stream running through the centre of the village regularly causes flooding problems due to the elevated field surrounding the village
The lanes leading in and out of topcroft are very narrow , more vehicles would intensify the problem
