I object to the current proposal as the number of dwellings (5) in the village centre would be totally disproportionate to the low number of existing historic homes in the village - other issues:
- Negative impact of building modern homes on old common land with detrimental impact on the look of the oldest part of the village
- Impact on traffic volume in small village
- Sewerage and flooding issues
In principle I would not object if the current plan was changed to apply for 1 detached property which had a design that was sympathetic to the village environs.
