This proposal would negatively impact the lives of Hellesdon residents. While this area is within Horsford who would receive the community infrastructure levy, Hellesdon would be where they would access services. Services are already strained in terms of local surgery, community centre, parking and shops and Hellesdon has the challenging task of integrating up to 1300 homes yet to built on golf course and hospital site. The Neighbourhood plan states Hellesdon should be next to the countryside which this proposal would contradict. Development of this size should be self-contained and north of the NDR for improved access for all
