Full text:

Church Road is narrow twisting and lacking in pavements in some sections. There is minimal street lighting and a recent speedwatch survey showed cars travelling along it from the A140 at speeds approaching 50mph. Pedestrians are already at risk especially after dark. More housing will increase traffic volume and compound this problem.
Access from proposed new site on to A140 from Church Road or a newly created access road will cause more delays at peak times. Traffic travelling north along the A140 towards Norwich approaches the village via a blind corner and one has to accelerate hard to turn left towards Norwich in the mornings. Turning right in a southerly direction is next to impossible. residents overcome this problem by travelling north and then doing a U turn further up the A140. This is dangerous. There are frequent accidents.
A bus service used by local children to get to and from school uses 2 stops on the A140. For children returning from school after dark 2 lanes of busy traffic have to be negotiated to reach Church Road. High risk of injury or death.
