Does not meet your own criteria described in your SNDC policies.(detailed above)
Destroys a picturesque Norfolk village for no good reason
Traffic problems in and out of the proposed site and on to the A140 constitute a danger to the public.
Destroys a productive agricultural field.
An estate of 25 houses cannot be described as "infill" It does not meet any of your own criteria as a service village, have access to a primary school or meet your requirements for 6 services from a menu of 12. The use of a productive agricultural green field site goes against all the principles of countryside management. The traffic generated from this estate will be intolerable on Church Road and access in and out is on a dangerous blind bend. The access to the A140 will be further compromised. The view of the village and the Church from the A140 when travelling south depicts a picturesque historic Norfolk Village this will be lost forever and "erodes the rural character of the local landscape and consequent sense of place" Joint Policy 2 of the Joint Core Strategy. This proposal is unsound on many levels.
