Highway adjoining is completely unsuitable. Residents and parish council concerned about danger to pedestrians for some years. Mobile speed cameras and speedwatch scheme operate adjacent to sites. Road narrow heavy vehicles often reverse to pass.
Sites have no access to required services and are greenfield. Road liable to flooding. Sewage pumping station smells when emptied by tankers every month.
There would be negative impact on the environment due to loss of greenfield and reliance on cars due to no public transport or services nearby
