I am registered disabled and am a wheelchair user. Closest shop with level access is Kenninghall 5.7km away. There are no footpaths in Fersfield, road is unsafe for pedestrians. Nearest bus service is Bressingham. The Street often has large areas of surface water that have to be navigated round by pedestrians.
The plan states sites should be close to services and have as little environmental impact as possible. These sites would have the opposite effect, they would destroy greenfield areas and mean private car use would be unnecessarily increased due to their rural location.
