Application contrary to almost all relevant criteria. 2.7km from shop, bus stop, village hall, pub, and maintained playing field with football pitch and tennis court.
Dangerous road, numerous complaints to parish council about speeding by heavy vehicles accessing airfield grain store, industrial site and local chicken farms. In places road is not wide enough for lorries to pass. Pedestrians forced to jump onto verges, clearly not acceptable for elderly, disabled or pushchairs.
Land low lying and road floods. Sewage station in between two sites emits very unpleasant smells when regularly emptied by tankers.
