Swainsthorpe is designated as an "other village", limited infill only. This number of houses is completely incompatible with that.
Church Road is a minor road with barely room to pass a large vehicle and no adequate pavement or footpath but a lot of traffic to and from Mulbarton. This development would be utilising a turning which is at a particularly dangerous bend, opposite the village play area and close to a turning point for the school bus. At drop off and pick-up times there is increased traffic and on-road parking. There is no infrastructure to support this.
