The suggestion of industrial buildings in a village designated as "other villages" is monstrous. The village has no infrastructure to support this and it is a gross incursion into rural countryside. The A140 is supposed to be a corridor of movement and we are looking at not just a huge increase in traffic but huge, slow moving agricultural and construction machinery. There are issues with the water course which runs through, noise and light from 24/7 working in season and other pollution issues. Destruction of trees and hedgerow as well as agricultural land. Totally inappropriate site.
