The proposed Ben Burgess site should be on industrial or Brownfield land, with the infrastructure already in place. I cannot believe that there are no suitable sites that this proposed monstrosity has to be built in a rural location on agricultural land. Swainsthorpe has been designated as "other village" limited infill, not to house an industrial site. Access onto the busy A140 for over a 100 employees, plus visitors, reps etc and large wide slow moving farm vehicles and machinery onto this already congested route will cause massive congestion and clog this vital artery. Air/Noise/Light pollution from the site.
