With a lack of utilities in this area with an already over exhausted sewage pumping station these sites also fall within a known flooding area with streams often over flowing
This Road is majorly congested by HGVs and agricultural machinery. There is no capacity for pavements in this area and the road is in poor condition causing road safety issues for children, the disabled & elderly.
The nearest school is 2 miles away and not suitable to walk, the local shop & doctors is over 3 miles away in Kenninghall
