Blocked road drains cause major flooding between the 2 sites. Highways are often notified but no action has ever been taken
The area is on overhead phone and electric power.
The Anglian Water pumping next to GNLP2053 is almost to capacity.
Speeding agricultural vehicles are already a danger to the local residence and HGVs create further congestion.
The Street is an old airfield road and would not be able to sustain more traffic.
Lack of amenities to support additional housing including Doctors, shops & public transport.
Open space loss & Greenbelt loss when other brown field sites have been identified
