GNLP0603R This site has been put forward as a potential site for housing development. The point of access and egress is on a road known as Church View off Church Road. The intersection of Church View and Church Road is on a blind bend giving rise to potential road traffic accidents, the probability of an accident is increased by the increased number of traffic movements through the village by vehicles from Mulbarton which is rapidly increasing in size as a result of housing development being undertaken there.
