GNLP0604R This site has been put forward by Ben Burgess Ltd as a potential industrial development site. Its size and location is totally disproportional to the size of the village of Swainsthorpe and outside the current development envelope, The site will have a fundamental impact on the traffic flow of the A140 which is a main trunk feeder road into Norwich and the environs North of the city. This road is already congested at peak times. This congestion already impacts on traffic wishing to join the A140 from Church Road, Swainsthorpe.
